Ramping up

I’ve been recovering from hip replacement surgery….and this last week i really started ramping up the work out, I still can run but doing a lot of hiking, and core exercises.    When the time comes to grab your bags…you dont want to be breathing heavy, it wont be the time to be out of shape.    It’s not the time to have medical/health problems, get everything you taken care of now…dont put it off …if you can.

    Gently gently Jeff. You don’t want to undo all the good work.
    Exercise for stamina takes many forms, swimming being a “safe” low impact version. After all over stress the joint now, what will you have left when it matters?
